Buying from HappyHook
Once you have received your order, I hope that you like it and it meets your expectations.  ​​​​​​I value the opinion of my customers.  If you are happy with your item and service, I would be grateful if you could leave me some feedback on Folksy.

Discount Codes
Discount codes are used on Folksy to provide the customer with a percentage off their total basket excluding postage and packaging. 

Only one code can be used per transaction and it is up to the customer to choose which code would provide the best deal.  

The code can be used more than once during the period of the offer.  

Codes will not be accepted or added to an order once the transaction has been completed.  

If, for any reason, a refunded is wanted/required on the purchased items, this will be refunded at the purchase price, inclusive of any applied discount, and not the full listed price. 

Codes are used for loyalty discounts, promotional periods and as incentives. They have no cash value and are non transferable.  

Discount offers may be withdrawn at any time but will not be withdrawn on a purchase retrospectively.
Postage & Packaging
Your ​HappyHook order will be gift wrapped and placed in a plastic postage bag, securely sealed and despatched within 3 business days after payment is received.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail UK confirmed service at a charge of a maxium of £6.00 per order.  

I have a three tier system of charges: small items are £1.50, medium items £3.00 and large items £6.00 per order.  The majority of items are within the £3.00 charge.

There is NO additional charge if ordering more than one item in a single transaction.  You will only pay the highest amount of postage listed for the items being purchased i.e. if ordering a brooch with postage of £1.50 and a shawl with the charge of £3.00 you will pay £3.00.  

If any overpayment should occur on postage the excess amount will be refunded.
